EMDR Therapy Level 2 - Advanced Training

The advanced training builds on the skills taught in the introductory course to enhance skills and confidence, particularly in working with more complex presentations. At the end of the training, participants will:

• Have additional specific skills to support preparing clients for EMDR therapy
• Understand the eight phases and three prongs of EMDR therapy
• Know a range of additional techniques if the processing is blocked or for use when a client needs additional support
• Have experience receiving restricted EMDR therapy as a client
• Delivered EMDR therapy using a range of differing protocols and adaptations.
  

This course is accredited by the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA). In comprises 21 CPD points including 14 in person and 7 on demand to be done pre workshop.

All individuals must have completed Level 1 (introductory) EMDR training by an EMDRAA accredited training.
